The MYK-T640S and MYK-T640M are high-performance LWIR uncooled infrared focal plane detector modules featuring 640×512 resolution with 12μm pixel pitch. These compact, lightweight modules deliver exceptional thermal sensitivity (NETD < 40mK) and are qualified to military standards for demanding applications.

Two Models Available

MYK-T640S (20×20mm, < 6g) — Standard package for general integration.
MYK-T640M (18×18mm, < 4g) — Miniaturized package for space-constrained applications.
